In short

Ergonode is a SaaS product information management platform from Kraków, Poland, that started as an open-source project and moved to a subscription model in 2021. It serves small and mid-sized retailers, brands and manufacturers selling through webshops and marketplaces. Its strongest fit is published pricing with a free tier, pre-built connectors for European marketplaces and AI-generated descriptions and attributes.

Overview

Ergonode centralises product data, manages it across channels and languages and automates updates through workflows. Pre-built connectors cover Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, Amazon, eBay, Allegro and Etsy, and can be customised. Paid plans include DAM storage, and the vendor announced further digital asset management capabilities in 2025. The vendor reports more than 200 businesses and over 6.5 million products managed on the platform. Target industries include fashion, retail, manufacturing, engineering, food and beverage, consumer goods and pharmacy. Enterprise customers can choose private cloud hosting with a service level agreement.

AI features generate product descriptions and meta titles and extract attribute values from uploaded PDF files. AI usage is metered in monthly credits that scale with the plan. Pricing is published: a free plan for up to 1,000 products and two users, an Advance plan from EUR 5,990 per year, a Scale plan from EUR 19,990 per year with a staging environment, and an Enterprise plan with custom workflows, private cloud hosting and an SLA. Concierge onboarding is offered from EUR 1,500.

Ergonode was founded in 2018 by Marcin Piwowarczyk and was first released as open-source software with community involvement. In late 2021 it became an independent company after investment from Marcin Grzymkowski, founder of the footwear retailer eObuwie, and shifted to SaaS hosted in European data centres. In October 2025 it announced a further strategic investment from Grzymkowski and expansion into North America and the UK.
